Dr Cyrus Mehta is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon serving the Lismore, Ballina and Northern Rivers communities of New South Wales.

Dr Cyrus Mehta began his medical career by graduating from the prestigious University of Sydney, Australia.

Having undergone extensive training as a junior doctor across various metropolitan and regional areas of New South Wales, he gained invaluable exposure to a diverse range of medical and surgical conditions. This comprehensive experience laid the foundation for his pursuit of a career in the field of Orthopaedics. During this period he also completed a Masters of Traumatology in order to increase his skills in caring for patients with complex polytrauma injuries.

The culmination of years of rigorous training resulted in Dr. Mehta earning a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association.

Specialising further, he undertook subspecialty training in his passion of lower limb and foot and ankle surgery. With a focus on ankle arthroplasty, lower limb deformity correction, diabetic foot reconstruction and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle, Dr Mehta has honed an exceptional skill set that addresses critical areas of need in Orthopaedics.
